Dr. Mansoor has more than 18 years of specialist experience in Anesthesiology.
In her new role at Danat Al Emarat Hospital for Women and Children LLC, Dr. Mansoor will be working as a Consultant, Pediatric Anesthesia.
Dr. Mansoor qualified with MBBS in 2002 from the Aga Khan University, Pakistan. She then completed Residency in Anesthesiology from New York Medical College, NY, USA, in 2009, and pursued Fellowship training in Pediatric Anesthesiology at Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh of UPMC, PA, USA, from 2009 till 2010.
Dr. Mansoor is an American Board Certified in Anesthesiology and Pediatric Anesthesiology and is a member of the International Anesthesia Research Society.
Dr. Mansoor was the Director of Pediatric Liver Transplant and the Preoperative Anesthesia Unit at Oklahoma Children’s hospital and was involved in resident and fellow education at the Oklahoma University Health Sciences Center.
Prior to joining Danat Al Emarat, Dr. Mansoor worked as a Staff Anesthesiologist at Providence Regional Medical Center, WA, USA, where she was involved in the development of the Pediatric Anesthesia Service working with surgeons from Seattle Children’s Hospital.
Dr. Mansoor’s scope of practice includes anesthetizing neonates, children with genetic disorders and congenital anomalies.
Her field of expertise is pediatric anesthesia with a focus on airway management and regional anesthesia techniques.
