Valid insurance card(s) prior to the service should be presented by the insured patient. Co-payment maybe required depending on your insurance coverage/plan and related schedule of benefits
Our Financial Counselors would assist you with clarifying any costs and providing estimated cost for the requested service for cash patients (not insured or your insurance is not one of our health insurance partners) or those insured who are required to pay any co-payments during their treatment journey.
Important notes for billing:
- The estimated cost may be different (more or less) than the total actual charges as this all depends on the final diagnosis, and the services used during your treatment journey.
- You will be required to pay the estimated cost of services upon registration or admission.
- If your up-front payment was more than your final bill, our cashier will refund to you the difference.
- If your advanced payment turns to be less than your final bill, you will need to pay the difference.
