Dr. Kaveeta has over 15 years of experience in Paediatrics, including 7 years in the UAE. She earned her Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree in 2007 from Liaquat University of Medical and Health Sciences, Pakistan. She then completed her Fellowship of the College of Physicians and Surgeons (FCPS) in Paediatrics in 2019 from the College of Physicians and Surgeons, Pakistan. In 2022, she became a member of the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health in the United Kingdom.
Dr. Kaveeta's expertise goes beyond clinical practice; she is dedicated to establishing a strong departmental reputation and fostering the healthy and happy growth of children. She incorporates care, kindness, and a sense of playfulness in her interactions with children to keep their spirits high during hospital visits and treatments.
Before joining Danat Al Emarat, Dr. Kaveeta worked as a Senior Medical Officer at Aga Khan University and Hospitals in Karachi, Pakistan. Her scope of practice includes clinical diagnosis performing various range of tests and procedures, managing both common and critical conditions to ensure children grow healthily. She understands the crucial role childhood plays in human development and prioritizes efficient and effective treatment.
