Dr. Dhemre has more than 10 years of specialist experience in Obstetrics and Gynaecology.
Dr. Dhemre obtained her Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, India in 2010. She then underwent specialty training in Obstetrics and Gynaecology at Seth G.S. Medical College & King Edward VII Memorial Hospital, India and was awarded the degree of Master of Surgery in Obstetrics & Gynaecology (MS OB/GYN) in 2015.
Dr. Dhemre has been a Member of the Medical Council of India, the Federation of Obstetrics and Gynecological Society of India (FOGSI), and the Mumbai Obstetrics and Gynecological Society (MOGS). Additionally, she is a part of IFEM Endo Middle East Clinic, France, which is a center of excellence for endometriosis in the Middle East. Moreover, Dr. Dhemre received hands-on training in Human Assisted Reproduction from the American Center for Reproductive Medicine at the Cleveland Clinic in Ohio, USA. She also successfully completed a Fellowship in Cosmetic Gynaecology from the International Association of Aesthetic Gynaecology and Sexual Wellbeing in Dubai, UAE.
Prior to joining Danat Al Emarat, Dr. Dhemre worked as a Specialist Obstetrics & Gynaecology at Burjeel Medical City, Abu Dhabi.
Dr. Dhemre’s scope of practice includes laparoscopies for ovarian cysts, ectopic pregnancies, and fibroids, managing endometriosis and laparoscopies for endometriosis, perineal repairs, diagnostic and operative hysteroscopies, laparoscopic and vaginal hysterectomies, diagnostic and therapeutic colposcopy, cancer screening, antenatal and postnatal care, high-risk pregnancies and deliveries, menstrual and hormonal disorders, cosmetic gynecology procedures like labioplasty, vaginoplasty, perineal repairs, laser and radio-frequency vaginal rejuvenation, addressing infertility, menopausal issues, Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS), and ultrasound in gynecology and obstetrics.
Advance laparoscopic surgeries, endometriosis surgeries, cancer screening and workup, obstetrics and gynecology ultrasounds, ante-natal care, intra-partum care, normal vaginal deliveries, instrumental deliveries, and complex obstetrics including pre-eclampsia, antepartum hemorrhage, postpartum hemorrhage, anemia in pregnancy, abruption, thrombocytopenia, placenta previa and the abnormal presentations of fetus and many specialist surgeries in the cesarian section, and complex gynecology including endometriosis, ovarian cyst, fibroids of uterus, ectopic pregnancies and other gynecological emergencies.
