Dr. Rogaia obtained her Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from Omdurman Islamic University, Sudan, in 2013. She then completed her Clinical MD in Obstetrics and Gynecology from the Sudan Medical Specialization Board in 2022. She is also qualified as an OB-GYNE Specialist by the Department of Health (DOH) in 2023. Dr. Rogaia completed Part 1 of the MRCOG (UK) in 2015 and is an instructor of advanced life support in obstetrics and gynecology. She has completed many courses in advanced obstetrics and pelvic ultrasound.
Dr. Rogaia has 10 years of medical experience and 5 years of specialist experience in Obstetrics & Gynecology.
Prior to joining Danat Al Emarat, Dr. Rogaia worked as a Specialist Gynecologist at Healthline Medical Center in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Dr. Rogaia’s scope of practice includes performing a wide range of tests and procedures, such as pap smears, pelvic and breast exams, managing the progression of labor independently, and choosing the suitable mode of delivery—whether instrumental delivery, emergency cesarean delivery, or the repair of perineal tears. She specializes in monitoring and treating expectant mothers during pregnancy, childbirth, and the postpartum period.
