Dr. Dalmia obtained her Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from the Sawai Man Singh Medical College – University of Rajasthan, India, in 2003. She then underwent specialty training in Obstetrics and Gynaecology at All India Institute of Medical Sciences from 2005 till 2007 and was awarded Doctor of Medicine (MD) in Obstetrics & Gynaecology. Dr. Dalmia moved to the United Kingdom in 2008 and underwent specialty training program in Obstetrics & Gynaecology at NHS England North East and Yorkshire working across various hospitals in the North East and Yorkshire from 2010 till 2021. Upon completion of her training, Dr. Dalmia was awarded the Certificate of Completion of Training (CCT) in Obstetrics and Gynaecology.
Dr. Dalmia has been a Member of the Royal Colleges of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists since 2014. She completed Advanced Training Skills Modules (ATSM) in Advanced Labour Practice in 2020, Acute Gynaecology and Early Pregnancy in 2021, and Benign Gynaecological Surgery-Hysteroscopy in 2022.

Dr. Dalmia has almost 20 years of medical experience in Obstetrics & Gynaecology.
Prior to joining Danat Al Emarat, Dr. Dalmia worked as a Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist at County Durham & Darlington NHS Foundation Trust, United Kingdom.
Dr. Dalmia’s scope of practice includes advanced labor ward practice, intermediate risk obstetrics, diabetes in pregnancy, early pregnancy complications and emergency gynaecology, menstrual disorders, hysteroscopy, intermediate laparoscopy, and early pregnancy ultrasound scan.
