Abu Dhabi, 6 August 2015: Danat Al Emarat (DAE), the first private purpose-built women and children’s hospital in Abu Dhabi, welcomed its first batch of patients today. The opening date was especially chosen to coincide with the 49th anniversary of the late President H.H. Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan’s ascension to power – a day considered by many to be the birth of modern UAE.
