Referral Office

The Referral Office is your gateway to UEMedical, and the comprehensive range of services offered at our facilities. This is where you’ll be able to get information about how to schedule appointments, submit requests for medical reports and much more. We’ll help you connect with consultants, specialists and key hospital personnel to ensure that your patients are properly supported.

Our professional team is committed to ensuring a uniquely tailored experience to address your patients’ individual needs.

The team will book your patients with the appropriate specialist, at a time and location most convenient for them.

Some of the core services you’ll receive are:

• Rapid access to appointments with our top specialized physicians
• A single telephone number and phone call – we look after the rest
• Peace of mind knowing that your patient is in good hands
• Following the consultation/treatment, a complete medical report about the patient will be sent to the referring physician
• In the event that you require further medical information, the team will arrange for a follow-up discussion with the treating physician

Referral Office opening hours are Sunday to Thursday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
